Using the LCD menus

28 RP90 and RL90 User Guide

Laminator

When you power on the laminator, it begins initializing. The laminator searches for

laminate and then starts preheating. The laminator is ready when the LCD display reads

"Ready" and the Ready light is

steady green.

Ready LED (green)

Steady Green The

laminator

is ready.

Blinking The laminator busy.

Off The laminator stopped because of an error, initialization or

preheating is in progress, or the operator is using the LCD panel to

set preferences.

Error LED (red)

On The laminator may require service or did not power on correctly. To

correct the condition, press the RESET/ and then the ENTER

key. If this does not correct the condition, power the laminator off,

and then back on before calling for service.

Off Normal status

Keys:

MENU Press MENU to access the laminator settings. Continue to press

the MENU key to access the settings in the order listed on the next

page.

ENTER Confirms your selection.

EXIT Exits the current selection and returns you to the previous menu

selection. Press the EXIT key at any time to exit the menu system

and return to "Ready" status.

RESET/ Initializes the laminator after an error occurs. Scrolls through

available values when you change settings.
